If you require a Visa Application Letter from the Organiser, please complete the Exhibitor Visa Letter Request Form.
EXHIBITOR FORM DEADLINES
The forms listed below have been issued as individual links and are linked directly to your registration profile. These are unique to your organisation and must be completed using the personalised links provided.
You will have received your form links via email. If you are unable to locate your email, believe you have not received the links, or require them to be re-sent, please contact the team at sourcingadmin@ie-group.com.au and we will assist you accordingly.

OFFICIAL SHOW GUIDE
Every Exhibitor booked and confirmed in the Event prior to Friday 15 May 2026, will receive a free listing in the Event Guide. To ensure you are listed correctly please complete the online compulsory form in the online exhibitor portal. If we do not receive any information your listing will default to a past listing or the details noted on your Stand Agreement.
