VISA APPLICATION LETTERS
If you require a Visa Application Letter from the Organiser, please complete the Visa Letter Request Form in the Forms Section of the Online Exhibitor Manual.
If you require multiple Visa Application Letters, please email sourcingadmin@ie-group.com.au and you will be sent a specific spreadsheet to complete.
EXHIBITOR FORM DEADLINES
The forms listed below have been issued as individual links and are linked directly to your registration profile. These are unique to your organisation and must be completed using the personalised links provided.
You will have received your form links via email. If you are unable to locate your email, believe you have not received the links, or require them to be re-sent, please contact the team at sourcingadmin@ie-group.com.au and we will assist you accordingly.

OFFICIAL SHOW GUIDE
Every confirmed Exhibitor in the Event will receive a free listing in the Official Event Guide. Your details must be confirmed no later than Friday 16 October 2026 to be listed in the Official Event Guide. Please complete the Event Guide Listing Form in the Forms Section of the Online Exhibitor Manual.
Important Note: The Event Organiser is not responsible and will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions. If we do not receive your Event Guide Listing Form, we will refer to the Application Form or information provided from the Pavilion/Stand Representative.
